Turmeric Latte Recipe - Drinking turmeric lattes regularly will help reduce chronic inflammation, and it's also gentle on the gut. If you find the flavour quite strong, add a little maple syrup to sweeten things up.

Ingredients:

3 dl oat milk (or plant milk of choice)

2 tsp. Spicy Calm

 

Recipe:

1. Heat up the oat milk on the stove.

2. Add the Spicy Calm mix.

3. Whisk until smooth.

4. Enjoy!
