Shipping & Returns


All our orders are dispatched, from our warehouse in Sweden, on the same day if ordered before 12 noon CET. 
For example: An order placed on a Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will be dispatched on the following Monday. The expected delivery time is based on normal service. This does not account for disruptions to normal service by individual carriers.

You will be able to track your order from dispatch to delivery. International orders using standard shipping will be passed on to local carriers and you will be able to track your order through the local courier link.

Customs Clearance:
If you live outside the EU you will be eligible to pay custom fees. These differ from country to country and it's best if you investigate this before purchasing. Any fees charged by your customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Delayed or lost orders:
We consider a parcel to be lost afer it has been in the postal system for 20 days. Although orders normally take much less time to ship than that we are not able to send a replacement order until the time has elapsed.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a note will be left asking for you to contact the courier in order to  arrange another try of delivery.
We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products but not for the shipping charge.

Wrong or incomplete address:
If your package is returned to us due to incomplete address we will refund you for the cost of the products but not the shipping costs.


We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after you've received the item to request a return. 

To issue a return, you can contact us at and state the reason you want to return the items. If the return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. 
We can not accept returns that have not been requested to be returned to us. Please, request your return first.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order when you've received it. If it's defective, damaged or you've received the wrong item contact us immediately. We will then evaluate and resolve to make it right.

Exceptions / non returnable items
Empty products & gift cards are not return-able.

If you want to make an exchange. The fastest way is to make a new order with the new item and return the item you don't want.
We will refund the return when it reaches our warehouse.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected the return. Once the order has been approved we will refund your money to your original payment method. It will take around 3-7 days depending on what bank and payment method that was used to make the purchase.
